From bringing a spouse from overseas to changing or renewing the status of someone already living in Japan, our office guides you through the supporting documents, prepares the application and submits it to immigration.
Clients throughout Japan can proceed from engagement through application and the decision by communicating through LINE and post.
Telephone and email consultations are also welcome. You can engage us from overseas or a region where LINE is difficult to use.
We work through the preparation together, starting with “What should we do in our situation?”
You are unsure where to start after an international marriage and want to know what to prepare in Japan and in your partner’s country.
You want to change from a work or student status, or your renewal is approaching and your work or living situation has changed since your last application.
You currently have no income, have just changed jobs or receive help from your parents, and want advice on explaining your savings and future living arrangements.
You want to explain how you met and your relationship clearly, or are unsure how to organize evidence of your contact while living apart.
You are unsure how much to explain about a previous marriage or divorce, your children or your current life.
You applied yourself and were refused. You want to review the earlier application and understand what to prepare before applying again.
Please do not hesitate to consult us about difficult circumstances.
We listen carefully to your situation as a couple and identify the explanations and supporting records needed. Tell us about your residence deadline, earlier applications and concerns at the first consultation.
Immigration applications, including spouse visas, permanent residence and naturalization
Approval record of nearly 100 %
All applications that our office accepted after determining that approval could be obtained have been approved to date, including difficult cases.

I have been married to my wife from the Philippines for more than ten years, and I am the father of three children. Differences in language and culture, time spent apart and concerns about procedures for the family are things I understand from personal experience.
Beyond preparing documents, I take your wish to live together as a family seriously and aim to prepare an application that explains your individual circumstances.

“Spouse visa” is a common expression. The formal status and procedure depend on your spouse’s status and your circumstances: for example, “Spouse or Child of Japanese National” for a spouse of a Japanese national, or “Spouse or Child of Permanent Resident” for a spouse of a permanent or special permanent resident.
We reduce the burden of working out what to collect, what to write and where to submit it. We explain each preparation step and handle the specialist document preparation and application.

We also explain how to obtain the records. Required originals can be exchanged by post.
We explain overseas visa applications and procedures requiring personal attendance at a public authority.
We explain what you need to prepare and what our office handles
clearly from the outset.

The records needed depend on nationality, marriage procedures, current residence status and living arrangements. After formal engagement, we conduct an individual interview and explain the required documents and how to obtain them.
You do not need every document before the consultation. Start by telling us about your current situation.

After visiting other offices, this was the one I trusted most
This was the only office that gave specific advice such as, “Having this certificate would provide stronger support.”
The price was similar to other offices, but the speed of LINE replies and the reassurance during consultation were completely different.

I only intended to ask a few questions… I’m glad I chose this office
Replies on LINE were quick, and I naturally felt, “This is the person I want to ask for help.”
I initially intended only a brief consultation, but the careful, warm response inspired trust. The documents were checked thoroughly, so I felt comfortable leaving the work to him.

Please consult us about reapplying. We review the earlier documents, the circumstances of the refusal and subsequent changes to consider the approach. Tell us at your first consultation if you still have the earlier records.
