After you formally engage our services, we carry out an individual interview and explain the documents needed for your circumstances. You provide accurate information and collect the documents we identify; we guide you on obtaining them, prepare the application and supporting explanations, and handle the application procedures.

For applications our office accepted after determining that approval could be obtained, all have been approved to date, including difficult cases.

Bringing your spouse to Japan or changing status: JPY 121,000 including tax. Renewal: JPY 55,000 including tax. Postage: JPY 860 separately.

Permanent residence

We review your current residence status, residence history, and living and employment circumstances, and support you in collecting evidence, preparing documents and submitting the application.

Tax-inclusive service fee: JPY 121,000. Expenses are separate.

Naturalization

We help people seeking Japanese nationality collect the required documents and prepare their application. Consultations, submission and interviews at the Legal Affairs Bureau include steps you must attend personally.

Tax-inclusive service fee: JPY 165,000. Expenses are separate.

Children, dependants and other residence matters

For bringing children from overseas or continuing to live in Japan after divorce. We review family relationships and the background of the case, then explain the appropriate direction for the procedures.

Long-term resident status: JPY 99,000 including tax.

We help identify the application needed for dependent status, work-related residence statuses, and other applications, changes or renewals based on your current circumstances.

Dependent status: JPY 88,000 including tax.

Short-term visits

We prepare documents for short-term stays, including visits to relatives or friends. The applicant carries out the visa application at the Japanese embassy or other relevant office overseas.

Short-term stay: JPY 44,000 including tax.

Free reapplication and refund guarantee

If the first application is refused, we provide a free reapplication. If the reapplication is also refused, we provide a refund.
